Coming up with a name for your blog can be tough. It should cover the load you are going to write about, but a little bit of mystery would be nice as well. I’d guess you can compare it with starting your own business and you want a catchy name. At least, that was my thought when starting this blog.
You know the feeling when people feel the need to explain their joke and the fun is just gone. This is nothing like that. I’m not going to reveal my title as an explanation, but as it has a little secret in it.. I’d love to share it. And because the assignment for this blog is coming to an end as well..
The blister part in the title you get, right? Okay, the coffee part is not because I love coffee so much. Or it makes me forget about my blisters. No coffee has a very substantial part in running. Specially for beginners.
The thing is, when you drink enough coffee before you start running, the changes of huge muscle pains are slim. Don’t come after me if you’ve drank liters of coffee and still feel like you’ve been run over by a truck.. But you probably know what I mean. It can decrease the amount of pain in your muscle. The best way to prevent muscle pain.. regular training, so your body will adjust. And don’t blame it on the coffee. ( unless it’s décafe )
If you want to know how much coffee you should drink, I’d guess until you feel like bouncing up and down and run a freaking marathon.
